Firefighters called to Telford industrial park after electrical fire breaks out at premises

Firefighters were called to a premises on a Telford business park after an electrical fire broke out.

The Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service received a call at 12.45pm on Tuesday reporting the incident at Bakers Patterns Ltd on Stafford Park.

Two fire crews were sent from Telford Central Fire Station to the scene. An operations officer was also in attendance.

The incident was an electrical fire that was out upon the arrival of crews and caused by a blown wire and fuse board.

Electrics at the premises have been isolated by National Grid.

The fire service's incident log said: "Electrics have been isolated from substation to the building and incident has been left with a responsible person."

The incident concluded at 1.30pm.
