As snowfall blanketed the region and large parts of the UK, communities have been treated to scenes of snow-covered hills and picturesque town and village streets.
But, while the snow did provide ample opportunity to get the camera out and capture some stunning photos, it also led to widespread disruptions, including school closures and travel delays.
Schools in Shropshire Council, Telford & Wrekin Council and Powys County Council areas were shut across Tuesday and Wednesday, while Telford motorists faced significant delays on the roads during Tuesday morning.
Although the cold weather is expected to end moving into the weekend, and temperatures are expected to rise back towards the teens, the Met Office has issued yellow and amber weather warnings for the UK, warning of ice and snow, and heavy rain as Storm Bert sweeps across the country.
Local photographers and residents were quick to take to social media to share their stunning snaps of the snowy landscapes in Shropshire. From snow-dusted hedgerows to frost-covered trees, covered hills to dogs playing in the woods, photos have captured the serene beauty of the season.
Some residents have been able to embrace the beauty of the rare November snowfall and many children whose schools were closed enjoyed winter activities including building snowmen, sledging, and taking scenic walks in the snow-covered countryside.
Ross Jones of SY View Drone Services captured incredible drone shots of Shrewsbury in the snow.
Meanwhile, Chris Warrender posted his wonderful snaps from his visit to the county town and his "morning meander" around Mousecroft Pool.
Elsewhere, Jill Adger shared her great pictures from Weston Rhyn, while Monika Trundova and Julian Cartwight enjoyed Shropshire's beautiful countryside and Cleehill.
