Busy A-road near Market Drayton to close for two days for surface repairs

The A41 at Tern Hill, near Market Drayton, will be closed for surface repairs from 9.30am to 4pm on Monday, December 9 and Tuesday 10.

During the closures, a signed diversion will be in place that will point drivers through Hinstock. A HGV detour will divert drivers via the A519 through Eccleshall.

Shropshire Council has said that access for properties and businesses within the closure will be maintained when safe to do so.

People are asked not to park on the road during the day while the work is in progress.
