Llandrindod Wells schools have launched a Christmas Toy Appeal

Organised by Jen Craven, the Family Liaison Officer for the cluster, this year’s Christmas Toy Appeal aims to ensure that local school children and teenagers can enjoy a magical Christmas.

The appeal seeks donations of new, unwrapped toys for children and teenagers of all ages. While toys are at the heart of the drive, donations of books, games, crafts, and winter wear are also warmly welcomed.

These thoughtful gifts will help bring smiles to many faces and provide support to families who may be facing financial challenges during the festive period.

Donations can be dropped off at Tesco, Llandrindod Wells and the Community Fridge at Trefonnen School in Llandrindod Wells on Monday mornings only.

The deadline for donations is Friday, December 13, ensuring plenty of time for the gifts to be sorted and distributed to families ahead of Christmas.

“This is a wonderful opportunity for our community to come together and support those in need,” said Jen.

“By giving even a small gift, we can make a huge difference in the lives of children and teenagers this Christmas.”

The Llandrindod cluster of schools is deeply grateful for the community's continued support and generosity.
