Residents of the town took to social media on Monday (November 25) to share pictures of a wall on the New Road/Church Hill junction that has been crashed into.
Several bricks were left scattered on the road after the crash.
Cones were placed around the wall to section the area off from members of the public.
Signs alert drivers that New Road is "unsuitable for wide vehicles".
Telford & Wrekin Councillor Carolyn Healy posted on social media saying: "I am aware of the damaged wall on New Road/Church Hill junction and have reported it to the borough council engineers."
A spokesperson from Telford & Wrekin Council added: “The wall situated on junction of New Road and Church Hill, Ironbridge has been hit by a private vehicle while negotiating narrow side roads.
“The highways team will ensure it is in safe condition and repaired in due course once the team has dealt with the imminent flooding situation.”
