West Mercia Police officer and member of Wem Safer Neighbourhood Team, Jack Harper posted on the force's Neighbourhood Matters page last night (Saturday) reporting the incidents.
The post said PC Harper stopped two vehicles during patrols in the north Shropshire town after they were being used in an anti-social way.
Both drivers were issued with a Section 59 Warning, which will be in force for the next year.
The post added: "A Section 59 Warning could lead to the drivers' vehicles being seized if further anti-social behaviour driving is seen by the police within the next 12 months."
