Arson and theft appeal launched by Shrewsbury police after car is destroyed in fire
Police are appealing for information after an incident where a stolen car was set alight in Shrewsbury

The car, a silver Ford Fiesta Zetec, was set ablaze on Sharpstone Lane in Bayston Hill, Shrewsbury, at around 2am on Thursday, November 14.
West Mercia Police said it is believed the car had been stolen from an address also in Bayston Hill.
PC Matthew Southall said “ The car was completely destroyed in the fire and we are treating this as theft and arson. We are keen to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the fire or the theft. Anyone with information is urged to call 01905 974202 or email matthew.southall@westmercia.police.uk.
