Police appeal after radio stolen from car

Police are appealing for witnesses after the theft of a radio from a car.

The appeal, from the Brookside Safter Neighbourhood Team in Telford, said the radio had been taken from a vehicle in Bishopdale.

PCSO Demmi Ramsden said the theft happened between 6pm on November 28, and 5.30am on November 29.

An appeal posted online said: "If you have any information relating to this incident or if you may have been in the area around the time of the incident and heard or seen anything suspicious then please ring 101 quoting incident reference 00055_I_29112024.

"We are also encouraging the community to report any similar incidents involving suspicious activity around vehicles in the area.

"If you aren’t comfortable contacting us directly, you can pass on information anonymously to the independent charity, Crimestoppers, by calling 0800 555 111 or by visiting their website: www.crimestoppers-uk.org
