Shropshire father and son facing drugs charges will be back in the dock in the new year

A father and son accused of a string of drugs offences will be back in the dock in the new year.

Christopher Booton, 32, and Phillip Booton, 58, both of Cleobury Road in Cleobury Mortimer, appeared at Kidderminster Magistrates Court facing 19 charges between them.

Booton junior has been charged with four counts of being concerned in the fraudulent evasion of a prohibition on the importation of a class C drug, one count of being concerned in the fraudulent evasion of a prohibition on the importation of a class B drug,  one count of conspiracy to produce MDMA/ecstasy and six counts of conspiracy to produce a controlled drug of class C.
