'Strong smell of gas': This is what happened during incident at business park in Shrewsbury
Fire fighters were scrambled to a report of a gas leak at an office building in Shrewsbury.

One crew from the county town's fire station went to the Alaska Building at Shrewsbury Business Park, in Sitka Drive at 11.23am on Wednesday.
A spokesperson for Shropshire Fire & Rescue Service said there were reports of a smell of gas within commercial premises, which they verified.
“Crews ventilated the property using a positive pressure ventilation fan due to a strong smell of gas. A gas monitor revealed no gas present.”
They added that advice has been given to occupiers to re-contact air conditioning engineer to investigate further.
