That was the message from chanting college tutors after fresh strike days were announced by a union over a dispute with the government on pay rises.
Shrewsbury College teachers have been out on the picket lines on Tuesday and Wednesday this week as part of a nationwide industrial action launched by the National Education Union.
They have been protesting for “fair” pay, after the government agreed to fund a 5.5 per cent pay rise for teachers at academised sixth form colleges in the summer.
