Shrewsbury Town Council posted about the repairs on social media saying the popular landmark had been "returned to its rightful place".
The council said the work on the stone, which sits in St Chad's Churchyard, had been carried out free of charge by Midland Masonry.
It comes after the stone, which featured in the 1984 film 'A Christmas Carol', was broken into pieces by vandals last month.
Posting on social media the town council said: "We are pleased to announce that the gravestone of Ebenezer Scrooge has been successfully returned to its rightful place in St. Chad's Churchyard after the recent vandalism.
"Thanks to the generous support of Midland Masonry, who conducted the repairs free of charge, the historic gravestone is back in place for all to see.
"The work undertaken by Midland Masonry involved expert stonemasons using traditional techniques to repair and stabilise the gravestone, ensuring authenticity and historical integrity is maintained.
"The work will also help to preserve the grave
"Originally placed in St Chad's Churchyard for the filming of A Christmas Carol in 1984, it has since become a beloved tourist attraction, drawing visitors from far and wide.
"We are grateful to everyone involved in restoring this piece of local history. We look forward to welcoming visitors once again to this iconic site!"
