'Rest centres' opened for Mid Wales residents left without power, water by Storm Darragh
Two leisure centres in mid Wales have been opened as 'rest centres' for residents without power or water after the weekend's storm.

Powys County Council says Flash Leisure Centre, Salop Road, in Welshpool and Brecon Leisure Centre, in Penlan, Brecon will both be open as rest centres for Powys residents without water or power until midnight tonight.
There is a possibility that they will be open beyond midnight 'subject to demand'.
