“The sheep won’t mind” a solar farm being built on their grazing land in Whitchurch after plans were submitted, a doctor has said.

G Power Solar Ltd has lodged a proposal to Shropshire Council for it to be at a 24.5 hectare site at The Beeches, off Alkington Road, near to the A41.
The proposal also includes a battery energy storage facility and associated infrastructure.
