Jeff Bailey, who is 57, stole from Marks & Spencer (M&S) and WHSmith in Telford town centre earlier this year, between August 26 and October 24.

The smallest haul was £30 worth of meat and fish from M&S and the largest was £91 of unspecified goods from WHSmith, Telford Magistrates Court heard on Tuesday (December 10).
