Three people need medical help after crash in Telford

Three people required medical help after a crash.

The incident, which involved two vehicles, took place on Stafford Park, Telford, at around 8.30pm yesterday - Sunday, December 15.

Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service was alerted to the incident and sent one crew to the scene - with the ambulance service and the police also in attendance.

An update from the fire service said that three injured people had received first aid from firefighters using their trauma bag, before they were handed over to the care of paramedics.

A spokesman for West Midlands Ambulance Service said: "We were called to reports of an RTC on Stafford Park in Telford just before 9pm and sent an ambulance to the scene.

"On arrival, crews discovered two cars had been involved in a collision and there were two patients. The patients, a man and woman, were treated for injuries not believed to be serious and conveyed to Princess Royal Hospital."
