Former Bridgnorth mayor found in Black Country flat with cocaine in his system - Inquest
A former Bridgnorth mayor was found dead at a flat in Bilston with cocaine in his system, the inquest has heard.

Les Winwood, a standing Conservative councillor for Bridgnorth and Tasley West at the time of his death, was found in the flat in Cumberland Road on July 17, 2022.
Opening the inquest at Sandwell Coroners Court, Oldbury, senior coroner Joanne Lees said West Midlands Police were called to the address in the early hours of the morning and found the 67-year-old dead.
