Market Drayton Town Councillor, Tim Manton is appealing for help and information after the Towers Lawn public toilets were vandalised this week.
The toilets were previously targeted between December 7 and 8, and the town council reported several incidents during October and November this year.
Plans were submitted last month for a refurbishment of the facility. Works will include the installation of "vandal-proof" toilet cubicles.
Chair of the Services and Facilities team at Market Drayton Town Council, Mr Manton said: "In the space of a week the Towers Lawn Toilets have once again been targeted by vandals.
"They have again been graffiti sprayed and we are having to clean it up.
"It’s incredibly frustrating that a tiny minority of people think it’s acceptable to behave in this manner.
"It has been reported to the police and if anyone recognises the graffiti and/or who may be the perpetrators please let the police/town council know."
