House fire in Shrewsbury - firefighters sent to the scene
A house fire in Shrewsbury prompted a call to the fire brigade this afternoon.

The incident happened in Greenfield Street, Shrewsbury. There were no casualties and firefighters gave advice to the occupants.
A Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service spokeswoman said: “At 3.10pm on Sunday, December 22, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as ‘house fire’.
“This incident involved a small fire which was out on arrival of crews, inspection only. Advice was also given.”
Two fire engines were sent to the scene from Shrewsbury and an operations officer was also dispatched.
