Baby Milo Edwards was born at Princess Royal Hospital in Telford at 8.40am on Christmas Day, weighing 7lb 10oz.
He arrived 45 minutes after little Syeda Shahnoor, who weighed 7lb 1oz, bringing festive joy to families and staff at the hospital.
Milo’s proud dad Reece Edwards was full of admiration for partner Korline Newman, who went into the delivery suite on the evening of Christmas Eve to be induced and was there for 14 hours until the little man arrived.
“She did brilliantly,” he said. “I’m really excited to have a new boy.”
The couple, who are both 19 and first-time parents, have been having “lots of cuddles” already with Milo.
“He looks a bit more like his dad at the moment,” Reece said.
Asked where Milo ranks among the Christmas presents he’s received over the years, Reece said: “Top of my list.”
