Officers say that the incident happened in Mercia Drive at around 3am on Friday, December 27, and they have asked the public for any more information.

PC Rob Hughes, Safer Neighbourhood Officer in Hadley and Leegomery, said he and PCSO Hope Hartley “attended an address in Mercia Drive after CCTV picked up a male loitering in the car port.

“This occurred around 3am on the morning of 27th December, did you see or hear anything?”

The officers have issued security advice on the West Mercia Police Neighbourhood Matters website.

The advice includes closing and locking all your doors and windows, even if you’re only going out for a few minutes.
