Police confirm tragedy at BMX track in Telford as body found
Police have confirmed the death of a man found in Telford this morning.

Police were called to Stirchley's BMX track in Telford, off Holmer Farm Road and Grange Avenue, earlier this morning.
They have now confirmed that the body of a man was sadly found at the scene, but they stressed that no one else is being sought in connection with the tragedy, and that there is no suspected third party involvement.
A spokesman for West Mercia Police said: "We were called at around 8am today to reports of concern for someone’s safety near the skate park in Stirchley, Telford. On arrival officers discovered the body of a man. Initial enquiries suggest there is no third party involvement.”
A number of police cars were present at the scene.
