Air ambulance called to Market Drayton after man falls ill on canal boat
The air ambulance was called and a fire engine dispatched after a man fell ill on a canal boat in Market Drayton.

The incident at Victoria Wharf on Friday led to a fire crew having to assist the ambulance service to retrieve the patient from their boat.
A spokesperson for Market Drayton Fire Station said they were called at 1.36pm.
"The crew were requested to help the ambulance crew extract the patient from their boat to the waiting land ambulance. The air ambulance were also in attendance but not required.
"We wish the patient a speedy recovery."
West Midlands Ambulance Service said the man had been conveyed by land ambulance to Royal Stoke University Hospital.
A spokesperson said: "We were called to a medical incident at Victoria Wharf in Market Drayton at 1.10pm and sent two ambulances, a paramedic officer and the Midlands Air Ambulance from Cosford to the scene.
"On arrival, crews found a man who, after assessment from ambulance staff, was conveyed via land ambulance to Royal Stoke University Hospital."
