Llandrindod Wells drug driver to be sentenced at the end of January
A drug driver who was involved an accident in Powys is to be sentenced at the end of January.

Callum Evans admitted driving a Volvo on the A470 Rhayader to Llangurig road on August 6 2024 when he had Benzoylecgonine in his blood, when he appeared at Llandrindod Wells Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
Tests showed the 24 year-old of Ridgebourne Close, Llandrindod Wells had 200 micrograms of the drug in his blood, the legal limit being 50 micrograms, making him three times over the limit.
Magistrates adjourned the case for an all-optionspre-sentence report.
Evans will appear at Merthyr Tydfil Magistrates Court on January 28 to be sentenced, an interim driving disqualification was imposed and Evans remains on unconditional bail.
