Rail line between Shrewsbury and Chester re-opens after work to clear landslip

A rail line has re-opened after workers cleared a landslip.

The line between Shrewsbury and Chester had been shut since the weekend after a landslip near Gobowen.

Network Rail said that more than 100 tons of earth had fallen onto one of the two tracks.
