The Three Fishes in Bayston Hill was hit by a lorry on Monday, November 11, after the vehicle careered off the A49 and into the side of the building.
The crash caused major damage to the left side of the pub, which had only been bought by Black Country Ales a handful of days before.
The crash also destroyed the Hong Kong City chinese takeaway next door to the pub.
Now the brewery has revealed its plans for the future of the bashed-up boozer, which was originally built back in the 16th Century.
