David Wyn Evans appeared at Llandrindod Wells Magistrates Court last week.

But the 45 year-old of Milbank, Norton did not enter pleas to damaging a door at Lugg View, Presteigne belonging to Barcud Housing Association valued at £1,853, assaulting Jake Gibbs at Lugg View, or to taking a black mountain bike belonging to Airon Williams without consent, all on June 11 2024.

Magistrates were told that Evans’ co-defendant had not attended court.

They adjourned the matter until January 28 for a plea and possible case management hearing.

Evans remains on unconditional bail.
