Owen Evans denied driving a Seat Ibiza on Bridge Street, Cwmdauddwr with 108 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of urine on August 24 2024, when he appeared at Llandrindod Wells Magistrates Court last week.

The legal limit is 107 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of urine, one milligramme less than Evans is alleged to have in his system.

The case against the 52 year-old of Tyn Y Waun Farm, Cwmdauddwr was adjourned for a trial at Merthyr Tydfil Magistrates Court on February 26 2025.

Evans remains on unconditional bail until then.
