Off-road quadbike seized after it was used to cause damage to field in Telford

Police have seized an off-road quadbike that had been used to cause damage to a field in Telford, destroying grass and creating a public nuisance.

West Mercia Police officer and PCSO in Hadley and Leegomery, Jordan Newborough reported the seizure that took place Monday.

Police were alerted by a local resident in Leegomery after the quadbike was seen causing damage to a field.

The post said: "Officers seized an off-road quad bike that had been causing damage to a field in Leegomery, destroying the grass and creating a public nuisance.

"This kind of behaviour not only damages community spaces but also poses a danger to others. We take reports of anti-social behaviour seriously and action will be taken against those who disregard the law and the environment.
