The units near the Stable Tavern pub in Cleobury Mortimer are set to become one-bedroom flats after the plans were given the green light by Shropshire Council.
Plans for the conversion of 8 and 9 Talbot Square were submitted in November by their owner, Mr Rahman, who has owned numbers 7, 8 and 9 since 2007.
The three buildings are made up of three retail units and three residential units to the first floor. Retail unit 7 was in use as a tattoo parlour until December 2023, but units 8 and 9 have been vacant for more than six years.
