Hannah Bilton, of Bark Hill, Whitchurch, drove an Audi Q2 on the A49 between Hitherbush and Holmer in Herefordshire on December 1 last year.
A test found the 33-year-old, who did not have a valid driving licence or insurance, had 80 micrograms of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit in England and Wales is 35mcg.
Bilton pleaded guilty at Hereford Magistrates Court to driving a motor vehicle when above the alcohol limit, driving without a licence and without insurance.
Magistrates disqualified her from driving for 20 months and fined her £120.
Bilton was also ordered to pay £85 in prosecution costs and a £96 victim surcharge, bringing her total court bill to £301.
