Builth Wells Town Council has agreed with a possible name for a new housing development.

Powys County Council asked the council for its views of naming the new development of 40 houses planned for the end of Hospital Road, as Bryn y Nant.

At a recent meeting, members considered the proposed name and raised no objections to it.

Once the name is agreed BT and utility suppliers can be informed and the emergency services will also be told of the new name.
