Severn Trent Water has issued an update on when water should return to homes in Bridgnorth after a burst pipe saw them lose supplies yesterday (Monday, January 27).
Some properties in Bridgnorth have been without water since yesterday afternoon. Others experienced poorer pressure or discoloured water. But they should see supplies return at lunchtime today.
An update from Severn Trent this morning at 7.58am said: "We are really sorry for the disruption to your water supply due to the burst main in your area. We are happy to let you know that the water pressure in your area is starting to rebuild now that the main is recharging and you should slowly start to see it restore by 12pm.
"We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may be causing and will make sure this page is updated as we receive more information.
