Ludlow Town Council said the Millichope Foundation is also partially funding the town's youth club for the same period.
Councillors have voted to continue funding the provision that will see the junior youth club run on Tuesday evenings for 39 weeks of the year during term-time for children aged 10 to 13 at the youth centre on Lower Galdeford.
The town council has previously provided partial funding on a year-by-year basis since funding was withdrawn by Shropshire Council. The county council has continued to host the club at its youth club venue.
Ludlow Town Council said its members were "proud" to invest in the longer-term future of Ludlow Youth Club, which it said is an "important resource for young people" in the town.
The club, run by the Shropshire Youth Association, provides fun activities including scavenger hunts, crafts, karaoke, cooking, and games to support physical and emotional health and help young people build their confidence.
