The Ironmen & Severn Gilders Morris Dancers perform each year on New Year's Day.

This year was no different with the troupe heading to Shropshire's landmark Iron Bridge to perform their vibrant and classic display at noon.

The spectacular display was one of two delivered by the group over the festive period, with performances on both Boxing Day and New Year's Day.

Beryl Taylor from the group said they have now donated £350 each to the Friends of Conakry Refugee School and Ada’s Foundation following the two events.

They handed each charity a cheque in a presentation before the group's practice on Monday.

The dancing group's next events are Shifnal on Saturday, February 15 and at Wellington Charter Day on Saturday, March 1.
