There are also two restaurants, a light and airy and quarry tiled floor eatery with double door access into the second restaurant, which has been fitted with dispensing servery with display cold fridges and racking.

Catering kitchens are large and located to the rear, providing space for a large catering operation.

Accessed off its own independent staircase is letting accommodation featuring three bedrooms.

And there is also owner's accommodation.

The auction to sell the pub takes place at the Salwey Arms in Woofferton, Ludlow on March 13 at 2.30pm.
