Long road ban for drug driver, 47, caught in Telford after taking cocaine

A driver who was caught under the influence of cocaine has been banned from the road for three-and-a-half years.

Prince Andam, who had no driving licence, drove a Dacia Duster on Bennetts Bank, Wellington on September 22 last year.

A drugs test found the 47-year-old had 32 micrograms of cocaine per litre of blood. The legal limit, taking into account the possibility of accidental exposure, is 10mcg.
