A plot of land on Kennedy Road in Shrewsbury with planning permission to build a four-storey, six-bedroom home has gone on the market.
The plot was previously home to a large, five-bedroom dwelling known as Edgehill, but permission to knock it down and build another home was granted in January 2024.
The proposal for an "energy efficient" building that made "better use of the topographical levels" at the rear of the property included several extravagant features.
