Tamba Momodu, aged 20, was shot six times outside The Fitness Factory at Bridges Business Park in Horsehay, Telford on October 13, 2020.

Over the last four weeks, a jury at Stafford Crown Court has been told that Mr Momodu had moved to Telford in 2018 to start a new life after being acquitted of murdering 19-year-old Abdullahi Tarabi, a rapper known as Teewiz who was stabbed in an alleyway in Northolt in April 2017.

Mr James Curtis KC had told the jury that Mr Tarabi’s brother Mahamud Tarabi, 32, and cousin Ahmed Karshe, 30, were two of the four men standing trial for Mr Momodu’s murder.
