The second Regal Folk Festival will be taking place at Regal Theatre, in Teme Street, from March 12 to 15, 2025.
It aims to celebrate the rich musical traditions of folk and its modern interpretations, creating a vibrant atmosphere for music lovers of all ages.
Visitors can expect The Fureys, one of Ireland's most revered folk bands, at the multi-venue cinema on March 12. With the band due to retire in May 2026, this will be folk-lovers’ last time to catch them in the Regal Theatre.

On March 13, BBC Radio 2 Young Folk award-winner Maddie Morris will be taking centre stage. A support act is due to be announced.
The following evening, on March 14, will see dynamic duos The 4 of Us and Smith & Brewer, who will bring their blend of melodies and harmonies to the Regal stage.
There are two events held on March 15, including an afternoon with Grey Wolf, sharing their love of traditional music from America and the British Isles and showcasing the best of local talent from the Marches region.
In the evening, folk-rock favourites Police Dog Hogan will deliver their high-energy performance that fans have grown to love to close the festival.
Please visit the official Regal Theatre website for more information and details on how to book tickets.
