Paul, who has been running Bouncy Fun for the past six years, said: "This is an ideal business as extra weekend income for a couple or someone looking for a business opportunity.

"It is ready to go as a going concern, with jobs in the diary that will be passed over along with a unit on Heath Hill industrial estate in Dawley, should the new owner wish to carry it on.

"A van and all the castles - everything is ready to run. Like anything it's hard work, but very rewarding."

The company, which has an asking price of £73,000 or nearest offer, includes 20 bouncy castles, most fitted with a roof, ground-sheet pegs and mains-connecting air blowers, plus a variety of children's and adult "sumo suits", assault courses, slides, ball pits and "gladiator duel" equipment.

Other assets include generators, giant life-sized games, tables, chairs, an established website, promotional mugs and badges, and full client database.

Last year, the business turned over £36,000, and has already topped £30,000 in the year to date.

Paul said: "In terms of man hours, it involves about three hours a week admin, and castle deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays from the end of April until end of September, with the odd delivery in the winter to indoor halls and during school holidays in the week.

"Bouncy Fun is an established and built-up business, doing work for clients throughout Shropshire, including Telford & Wrekin Council, Shropshire County Council, South Shropshire District Council, North Shropshire District Council and many local parish councils, schools and play schemes.

"It also works with all major hotels, RAF Cosford, RAF Shawbury, Whitchurch Leisure Centre, and over 500 private customers. I am more than happy to offer help and advice to whoever takes over, as I want it to continue to be a professional, successful company.

"It would be perfect for someone within Shropshire, as there is so much work we service here in the county."
