The restaurant is due to open up before Easter at Telford Shopping Centre's Southern Quarter development.

The new development will create 85 jobs and recruitment days to fill the positions were held earlier this month.

Bosses said the new restaurant would offer a completely different look to previous restaurants, with more a spacious bar area and a modern interior.

Kitchen, bar and waiting staff will be needed for the restaurant.

The new development is part of a £200 million regeneration of the town centre, along with the Northern Quarter development, encompassing the former Asda supermarket.

It has just been announced that Aldi will be taking on the flagship store and will be opening for Christmas 2018.

There is also work underway to create a new Fashion Quarter where Next and New Look both committed to large, new stores last week.

The Fashion Quarter will see the redevelopment and extension of New Row and New Street, keeping House of Fraser and existing tenants Zara and River Island.

A new link to Sherwood Street will create new large stores. This project also includes the new bus station, where work is already well underway.

Also set to open in the development are Prezzo and Handmade Burger Kitchen.
