The new bodies have been designed exclusively for the VW T6 chassis.

The products were launched at the CV Show at Birmingham's NEC.

Ingimex managing director Justin Gallen said: “We’ve been working extremely hard behind the scenes on this exciting development and were thrilled to have officially launched the new range to the trade and public at the CV Show this week.

"The market now has the opportunity for the first time to take full advantage of load handling typically associated with larger vehicles, but with the driving characteristics of a compact working vehicle."

He added: "From the manufacturing side, we handle everything in-house at our state-of-the-art facility in Telford, from initial enquiry right through to design, testing and delivery, and we’re excited to see how this new product development which will change the way we think about what the LCV market can do.”

Ingimex is a manufacturer of Dropside, Tipper and Luton Van vehicles, as well as a spare parts specialist.

Operating since 1972, Ingimex employs over 60 people and is recognised as a leading provider of LCV bodies for major chassis manufacturers including Volkswagen, Vauxhall, Ford, Iveco, Nissan, Citroen, Peugeot, Renault and Mercedes Benz.
