Bredwood Arcade, features 14 retail units and two office suites.

National high street retailers Superdrug, Card Factory and Thomas Cook are among the current occupiers.

GVA has been appointed to market the arcade for offers in excess of £1,160,000, which it says is situated in a convenient and popular location.

It also says the arcade provides a busy link for pedestrians from Tesco and adjoining car parks with the rest of the town centre.

The site is located close to the junction of High Street and Watergate Street, and is a short walk from the railway station.

David Winterbottom of GVA said: “We are pleased to be instructed to market the investment of Bredwood Arcade.

“Whitchurch is thriving and the arcade is popular with shoppers due to its range of shops and convenient location. A traditional market town, Whitchurch is a focal point for the surrounding affluent farming community and we’re confident this site will receive significant interest.”
