Decathlon store to open at Telford retail park
An outdoor and cycling superstore chain will be opening its latest shop in Shropshire.
Decathlon will be opening on the Forge Retail Park in Telford on June 7.
This will be the latest new unit for the company, which has 44 stores around the country.
A spokesman for the company said: "We are happy to be opening a store in Telford this year.
"With the passion of cycling and sport in general being high in Telford, we would like to be present to accommodate and make accessible our products to the people of Telford."
French company Decathlon is the biggest sports goods retailer in the world. It opened its first UK shop in 1999.
