County construction leaders tackling gender inequality
An event will highlight the opportunities and challenges facing women in the construction industry as a new report shows one in five companies have never employed a woman in a senior position.
Leading women from the sector will tell the Shropshire Constructing Excellence event how they overcame barriers to success.
