Planning secured for new industrial/distribution warehouse in Telford

Named as Paragon Point, the new development will provide 37,900 sq ft and can be split into two units of 17,900 sq ft and 20,000 sq ft. The agents appointed to market the new opportunity on a leasehold or freehold basis, are industrial experts, Bulleys Bradbury.

Morris Property has already built around 250,000 sq ft at Hortonwood West on behalf of Telford & Wrekin Council and a number of private occupiers.
