Caroline Ingram has set up the business – Brackens Equine Therapy and Trailer Hire – from a premises in Tushingham.

Some of the facilities include a Vitafloor, dry treadmill with incline, 3B laser, thermal imaging camera, solarium and massage pad.

Caroline said: "I've worked with horses all my life doing various different roles eg showjumping, race horses to name a few.

"I have had my own stud and Welsh Cobs for nearly 30 years now and I show all over the country and breed two or three foals a year.

"I've always been interested in rehabilitation of the horses and used to travel my show horses to an aqua treadmill which was 120-mile round trip. The results from using the facilities were amazing so I set my mind to opening a business with rehabilitation and fitness equipment.

"I have a part-time member of staff but hopefully once the lockdown is over and I can continue to move forward with the business I can have a full-time member of staff."
