Characterful Kangaroo pub hops on commercial sales market for the first time in 24 years
A characterful pub in a south Shropshire tourist hotspot is for sale for the first time in 24 years.
The Kangaroo Inn, at Aston-on-Clun, near Craven Arms, is described as a 'very well presented and lovingly kept country pub/restaurant dating back in parts to 1740'.
Sales agent Lee Anderson Property, of Leominster, said it has been owned and operated by the current owners successfully for around 24 years.
"The clients have been trading successfully since 1999 and have established a very healthy trade, with regular customers and clients along with tourist trade, and is a credit to them," say the agents.
"The property is very well presented and has been improved significantly over the years to offer a superb opportunity to purchase a great rural business, with further scope to improve the trade if required."
