Revenue and profits rise for Wolves owner Fosun

Wolves owner Fosun International has reported revenue up 10.9 per cent to £10.48 billion in the first six months of this year.

The 31-year-old Chinese group, which bought the Premier League football club in 2016 for £30 million, saw operating profit rise 5.5 per cent to £360 million.

Research and development investment was £450m with overseas revenue at £4.76bn – 45.4 per cent of the total.
